1. What We Collect

When you use Strobid Support, we collect the following information:

• Developer Data: Your email, name, and profile picture (via Google OAuth).
• Project Data: Website URLs, business names, and API keys.
• Chat Data: Visitor messages, AI responses, and human agent responses generated through your widget or native app.
• System Data: Server logs for debugging and rate-limiting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate your AI support agents.
• To crawl and learn your website content (if you trigger a crawl).
• To route chats to your human agents.
• To monitor usage and prevent abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers necessary to run Strobid Support:

• Supabase: For database hosting and authentication.
• Groq: For AI model inference. Questions and website context are sent to Groq to generate responses.
• Stripe / Mobile Money Gateway: For payment processing (when billing is enabled).

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. Data Retention

Chat history is retained for 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted. Project data is retained as long as your developer account is active.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion. To do so, contact us at privacy@strobid.com.

6. Security

We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure developers can only access their own projects, sessions, and messages. All API keys are hashed or restricted to server-side use.
