Strobid Support provides a developer platform to integrate AI and human customer support into websites and native applications. The service includes API keys, a web widget, and access to our AI models.
You are responsible for safeguarding the API keys generated in your dashboard. You must not expose the db_ key in any client-side code. Strobid Support cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

We impose rate limits on API requests to ensure platform stability. Accounts that repeatedly exceed these limits or abuse the system may be suspended without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
In no event shall Strobid Support be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
